Mooting Workshop

This workshop, hosted by the Chair (Patricia Thomson) and the Master of Moots (Samuel Reese), will equip you with the information and guidance required to participate in the upcoming Internal Novice and/or; Gary Slapper Memorial Mooting Competition(s).

This workshop is ideal for anyone who is new to mooting; those who have not mooted recently and; those who need to refresh their knowledge.

The workshop covers:

• An overview of mooting (what is it?)

• How to read a bundle (a large document of legal authorities you will rely upon for your argument)

• How to prepare your skeleton argument (written argument)
