The OULS are pleased to welcome Catherine Rustomji, a Partner and Head of Charities at Shakespeare Martineau. She has over 20 years’ experience advising charities, social enterprises, and not-for-profit organisations.

Catherine is a specialist charities solicitor who advises these organisations, as well as corporates and individuals looking to establish charitable foundations. Her particular focus is on constitutional and governance matters, including legal structures and the duties and responsibilities of charity trustees.
