Master/Mistress of Moots x 2
The current Mistress of Moots, Qadira, was not elected and appointed to their role until late November 2024 therefore, some of the events were organised by the Chair however in future both mooting coordinators will be responsible for facilitating such events. Events this year include:
Workshops

An advocacy workshop and 2 introductory mooting workshops held by the Chair (with one assisted by Isabelle Hoyet),
Mooting competitions

Internal Novice Mooting Competition (1st round held at the National Justice Museum arranged by the Chair) with the subsequent rounds held online with the competitions judged and moot problems created by the Mistress of Moots, Qadira. Gary Slapper Memorial Mooting Competition (final held at the Supreme Court arranged by the Chair) with the other rounds judged and problems created by the Mistress of Moots, Qadira.
Advocacy competitions

2 competitions held online, with the problems created by the Chair, Patricia, with the mistress of moots assisting in judging the 2nd one.
External mooting competitions

Teams selected to compete at 3 external competitions, promotion of Speed Mooting competitions
It is hoped the Master/Mistress of Moots will arrange more 3rd party judges for these competitions in the future.
